Juma holds a PhD in Operations Management at the University of Nairobi.

Additionally, he holds a Master of Business Administration Degree in Operations Management from the University of Nairobi (2012).
In 1994, he graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from Nagpur University.
Moreover, he holds a Diploma in Power Pool Design from Energinet in Denmark.
Work Experience
Currently, he has been the Managing Partner at Jugoco Engineering Services Limited since 2023.
From 2017 to 2023, he worked as the Chief Executive Officer at the Nuclear Power and Energy Agency.
Further, from 2011 to 2015, he worked as the Director of Technical Affairs at the Kenya Nuclear Electricity Board.
Before that, Collins worked as the Chief Technical Engineer at the Kenya Electricity Generating Company from 2009-2011.
Previously, he was the Technical Director and Head of Secretariat before being appointed Chief Executive Officer.
Achievement
In recognition of his distinguished and outstanding service to the country, Juma has been conferred the Moran of the Order of the Burning Spear (M.B.S.) Award.
