Fabian Muli Kyule is a Kenyan politician and the current serving Member of Parliament for Kangundo Constituency.
Education and Early Life
Muli’s formal education began at St. Martin Primary School in Kitwii, where he completed his Kenya Certificate of Primary Education in 1994.
He then joined Kabaa High School and earned his Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) in 1998.
From 2010 to 2014, he pursued a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology, preparing for negotiations, governance, and legal policymaking.
Currently, he is advancing his expertise by pursuing a Master of Laws in Corporate Governance & Commercial Law at the University of London, which he began in 2016.
Career
Professional career
Before entering politics, Muli served in the United States Army as a logistics officer, deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan between 2006 and 2008.

After his military tenure, he ventured into business and entrepreneurship, and in 2011, he founded Forbes Global Construction Company Ltd, where he served as Director.
He expanded his operations in 2013 as a Consultant in HR, Labor Migration, and Sub-Contracting, and later led Global Track Security Company Ltd as Director starting in 2016.
Political career
Muli entered the political arena in 2017 when he was elected MP for Kangundo Constituency, running under the Muungano Party.
He retained his seat in the 2022 general election on the Grand Dream Development Party (GDDP) ticket, of which he became the party leader in 2018.
In Parliament, he has served as a member of both the Departmental Committee on Labour and the Constitutional Implementation Oversight Committee since 2017.
