Wasua currently serves as the General Manager, Regional Coordination at Kenya Power and Lighting Company Ltd (KPLC) since 2023.

He previously held the role of General Manager, Business Strategy at KPLC (2023) and served as the Acting Managing Director of KPLC from 2022 to 2023.

Prior to that, he was the Acting General Manager, Regional Coordination at KPLC from 2021 to 2022.
