He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Administration from the University of Nairobi (UoN), which he completed in 1980.

Career Background
Jephthah Njagi is currently serving as a Member of the Tax Appeals Tribunal, a position he has held since 2022 and will continue through 2025.
From 2019 to 2020, he served as the Chairman of the Board and Part-Time Director for Partnerships in Africa at Sevi Innovation Ltd.
Between 2015 and 2018, he worked as an Independent Development Consultant, offering strategic guidance in economic development initiatives.
In addition, from 2003 to 2015, he was the Founding Chief Executive Officer of the Micro Enterprises Support Programme Trust (MESPT), where he played a key role in advancing financial and technical support to small and micro-enterprises across Kenya.
