TikToker Jeffrey Bryant, known online as @hittaa_jeff, has got many talking and impressed after purchasing a house worth over Ksh4M on Amazon.
Despite soaring prices of houses, the 23-year-old from Los Angeles, California, shared details of the portable house he ordered online with his fans.
In a viral video that captivated over 9.1 million viewers, Jeffrey exclaimed, ” I just bought a house on Amazon. I didn’t even think twice about it.”
His ability to achieve what seems impossible for many in his generation was made possible by an inheritance from his late grandfather’s estate that totaled to approximately Ksh4,173,000.00.
“I saw this YouTuber unboxing his Amazon home and I ran to the website to get one, too.” the tiktoker recalled.
The house in question is the Chery Industrial Expandable Prefab House, a portable dwelling complete with a kitchenette, bedroom, living room, bathroom, and pre-installed toilet and shower.
Promising quick assembly, the house comes with a caveat advising against staying inside during extreme weather conditions.
Also, after delivery, Jeffrey shared a follow-up video, revealing the reality of his Amazon-acquired abode while giving his fans a house tour.

TikToker Showing Off His Amazon Home
According to the content creator, an Amazon specialist upgraded his order, providing a larger house and complimentary sofas after having seen his initial video.
The walkthrough showcased a hallway, living spaces, and a bathroom with a shower. However, Jeffrey did express a concern about the low ceilings.
In a subsequent video, the tiktoker updated viewers on the ongoing setup of electrics and plumbing, as well as the necessary permits from local housing authorities.
He further disclosed that he won’t be residing in the house as it will serve as an Airbnb.
“I bought the tiny house to transform it into an Airbnb for displaced people or people facing homelessness,” shared the content creator.
Jeffrey noted that this unique journey challenges stereotypes, and he aims to inspire others, especially those of his generation to make sound financial decisions.
“People my age are told that we can’t afford to purchase homes, but I’m proof that it is possible,” he emphasized.
The TikTok community and beyond expressed intrigue and amusement in the comments, with one person contemplating placing the house on their parent’s land for free.
Another envisioned the quirky statement, “‘I got my house from Amazon y’all’ you will forever have the best conversation starter.”
