For a culinary detour, Trunk & Tandoor Gastro Bar served a medley of bold Indian flavors. From smoky paneer tikka to spicy butter chicken, the dishes were a delightful contrast to the Italian and Swahili fare, showcasing Novotel’s global reach in cuisine.
