The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has announced that the revision portal is open for the Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) September 2024 intake.
In a statement on July 3, 2024, KUCCPS noted that applicants who applied but did not secure any course, have an opportunity to select other KMTC courses through the portal.

“Those who applied for the intake and have not secured a course are invited to choose other KMTC courses via the portal,” reads part of the statement.
In addition, the placement body noted that the deadline for revision is July 12, 2024.

Further, KUCCPS advised that individuals who had applied for the KMTC September 2024 intake can log in to the KUCCPS Student’s Portal at http://students.kuccps.net to verify the status of their applications.

Step by Step on How to Apply
1. Access the Portal: Visit the KUCCPS Student’s Portal by going to http://students.kuccps.net to begin the revision process.

2. Login to Your Account: Use your existing details to log in. If you don’t have an account yet, create one by providing information.
3. Check Application Status: Once logged in, check the status of your previous application for the intake. Ensure all details are accurate and up to date.
4. Review Available Courses: If you have not been placed in a course, review the list of other available KMTC courses on the portal by exploring different options that interest you.
5. Select a New Course: Choose a different course that suits your preferences and academic goals. Click on the course you wish to apply for.
6. Submit Revision: After selecting a new course, submit your revision through the portal. Verify all information before finalizing the revision.
7. Stay Informed: Keep track of any updates or notifications regarding your revised application by been ready to provide any additional details if necessary.
8. Finalize and Confirm: Once your revision is successful, make sure to confirm the changes made.

According to KUCCPS, the revisions process does not involve any additional fees.
On June 9, KUCCPS announced that the application portal was open for the KMTC September 2024 intake. The application targeted qualified KCSE holders who sat their exams in the period between 2013 to 2023 who wanted to join KMTC programs, including those who had applied previously but were unsuccessful.
