A man was killed by a car tyre he was inflating at a petrol station in Narok town on Tuesday, October 31.
While confirming the incident, Narok police commander John Momanyi stated that the car tyre burst unexpectedly hitting and throwing the man in the air.
He then fell to the ground headfirst, and the impact killed him instantly.
Additionally, he noted that one of the workers at the petrol station who was repairing the car was also injured during the incident.
“While repairing the wheel of the car, as he was continuing to inflate it, the wheel suddenly burst and threw him in the air. Unfortunately, we lost him.
The tyre also injured the one who was performing that repair work,” stated Momanyi.
