Kiambu County Police on Tuesday May, 31 recovered 86kg of bhang priced at Ksh. 2.5 million in Kiganjo village.
The Thika Police officers on patrol managed to seize the drug which was packed inside a vehicle in collaboration with members of the public.
Speaking at Makongeni police station where the illegal drugs are being held, Kiambu County commander Muchangi Kioi, reported that police have recently been recovering bhang from various stations

He further warned drug peddlers to keep away from the vice, mentioning that they will enforce full force of the law to deal with these criminals.
Furthermore, Kioi encouraged members of the public to keep volunteering information, saying that his officers had launched a manhunt for occupants of the vehicle who fled the scene.
