The Public Service Commission (PSC) has announced 1,313 job opportunities within different government departments.
In a notice shared on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, the Commission called on qualified candidates to apply.
“Applications are invited from qualified persons for the positions shown below. The details of the posts and mode of application can be accessed on the Commission’s website www.publicservice.go.ke,” read part of the notice.
PSC Announces Job Opportunities
In Egerton University, the PSC re-advertised the position of Deputy Vice Chancellor (Administration, Finance, and Planning).
The PSC is also seeking to recruit four (4) members to the Board of Directors of the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF), under the National Treasury.
In addition, the PSC advertised several openings in Ministries and State Departments, with 1,308 positions available across various departments namely:
- Economic Planning, National Treasury, Land and Physical Planning, Shipping and Maritime Affairs, Irrigation, Public Works, Gender Affairs, Sports, Roads, and more.

Applicants should provide all the details requested for in the advertisement. PSC, in the notice, warned that it is an offence to include incorrect information in the application.
In addition, details of academic and professional certificates not obtained by closure of the advert should not be included.
As per the advert, only shortlisted and successful applicants will be contacted.
Canvassing in any form will lead to automatic disqualification.
Shortlisted candidates shall be required to produce originals of their National Identity Card, academic and professional certificates and transcripts during interviews.
It is a criminal offence to present fake certificates/documents.
