However, Kenyans have expressed their frustrations after facing multiple rejections from the PSC despite following the hiring process.

The commission assured the public that it does not charge to offer services; hence, job seekers should report anyone asking for any fee.
Kenyans Express Frustrations
Kenyans have shared their testimonies following unsuccessful job applications using the PSC portal.
Some have condemned the commission, citing that it is not transparent and it operates on bribes from to-do-well individuals.
Additionally, they have alleged that the commission is corrupt and full of nepotism, tribalism, and favouritism.

Moreover, Kenyans have advised PSC to give fresh graduates internship opportunities to help them gain relevant experience.
“I applied for the job, passed the interview, and PSC confirmed I was told to go for my appointment letter at MOH only to find out that my appointment letter was sold out to another person total scam,” a Kenyan reacted.
However, others praised the commission for its hiring process because they were successfully hired.

The Public Service Commission is a Constitutional Commission established under Article 233(1) of the Constitution.
It is a government agency responsible for hiring and managing employees in public service jobs.
