The Public Service Board of Taita Taveta County has announced vacancies in the County Public Service.
In an advert on Friday, October 18, the Board announced a total of 128 s openings are in the Department of Health Services.
“The Taita Taveta County Public Service Board invites applications from suitable and qualified Kenyans citizens to fill the following positions in the County Government of Taita Taveta,” the advert reads in part.
Among the openings advertised by the Taita Taveta County Board are registered Kenyan nurses, clinical officers and medical laboratory technologists among others.
The available positions according to the County’s Public Service Board include Kenya Enrolled Nurse III (12), Consultant Nephrologist (1), Radiologist (1), Medical Officers (6), Pharmacists (3) Senior Registered Clinical Officer (Pediatrics) (1) and Registered Clinical Officer II with 15 vacancies.

There are also 3 vacancies for Health Administrative Officer II, six for Radiographer III, four for Sonographer, twenty-seven for Kenya Registered Nurse III, one for Kenya Registered Perioperative Nurse (1), fourteen for Medical Laboratory Technologists III, four for Medical Engineering Technologist III, and five for Pharmaceutical Technologists III.

Other vacancies include one for Assistant Physiotherapist III, eleven for Assistant Occupational Therapist III (11), three for Assistant Public Health Officer III, and four for Assistant Health Records and Information Management Officer III
The Taita Taveta County Public Service Board is also looking for three Nutrition and Dietetics technician III, one Community Health Assistant III and two Morticians.

According to the county, all applications should be addressed and delivered to The Secretary/CEO, County Public Service Board, Private Bag, VOI.

Also, interested candidates can hand deliver their applications at the County Public Service Board offices in Voi, located opposite Voi Prison.
The applications with copies of academic and professional certificates and other testimonials should reach the County Public Service Board on or before Friday, 9th November 2024.

Also, the Service Board warned applicants against fraudsters noting that the Taita Taveta County Public Service Board does not charge any fees for purposes of processing applications or facilitating interviews.
In case of people soliciting for bribes, the County highlighted that the same should be reported to the nearest police station.
