The United Democratic Alliance (UDA) has cancelled election results of the repeat grassroot party elections conducted on May 4, 2024.
In a statement, National Elections Board (NEB) Chairman Anthony Mwaura announced that the election results for two polling stations have been nullified due to electoral malpractices.
Mwaura said the affected polling centers include Eentiyanu polling in Olokurto ward, Narok north and Mosiro polling station in Narok East.
As a result, the Chairman said the party will conduct repeat elections in the two polling centers.
“UDA National Elections Board hereby announces the nullification of the results of the repeat elections conducted on the 4th of May 2024 in the following polling centers, due to substantiated instances of electoral malpractice,” the statement read.
“In pursuit of equity, fairness, and justice, it is imperative to conduct repeat elections in the aforementioned areas.”

In Kapenguria, the centres most affected are in Endough Ward including Tipet Primary School, Kasitei Polling Centre, Riting Primary School, and Kodungole Polling Centre.
