The refresher training also aims at entrenching personal and professional ethics among practicing lawyers.
At the same time Wambua noted that the training will lay emphasis on the use of technology in the legal practise.
The new advocates training curriculum is set replace the old curriculum that has been in operation from 2009 to 2018.
Law Society of Kenya council member Eric Gumbo admitted the existence of unethical practices among lawyers.
He cited the issue of some advocates failing to remit monies awarded to clients by courts after winning cases as a major issue of concern.
He however defended the quality of new advocates being admitted to the bar saying they were qualified and met the set standards.
