Grassroots Politics
As part of a political strategy, on April 17, Matiang’i outlined plans to expand the party’s grassroots presence by setting up offices in every ward across Kiambu County.
The Deputy Party Leader said the initiative is part of efforts to rebuild the party’s structure from the ground up, starting with Kiambu, which he described as a key stronghold.
He explained that each ward will have a fully operational party office to enhance engagement between residents and party leadership, saying the move is intended to strengthen coordination and deepen the party’s reach at the local level.
