Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has called on Iranian citizens to rise against their ruling regime.
Speaking from the Prime Minister’s office in Jerusalem, Netanyahu has urged Iran’s ethnic groups to unite in mass protests and overthrow the regime.
This comes after the United States and Israeli joint attack that has lasted for 24 hours, which eliminated top leaders, including Khamenei and Mousavi.
Netanyahu Calls for Protests in Iran
As Israel and the U.S. have launched attacks on Iran, Netanyahu has directly appealed to Iran’s ethnic groups, including Persians, Kurds, Azeris, Ahwazis, and Balochs, to use this time to overthrow what he calls the “terror regime”.
“O citizens of Iran, do not let this opportunity slip away. This is an opportunity that comes only once in every generation. Do not sit idle, because your moment will arrive soon. The moment when you must take to the streets, come to the streets in your millions to finish the job, to overthrow the regime of terror that has embittered your lives,” said Netanyahu.

The message encouraged mass mobilization in the streets, framing civic action as a decisive step toward regime change.
Netanyahu Signals Massive Strikes on IRGC targets
Netanyahu has also revealed that Israel will launch thousands of strikes on terror targets in Iran.
“In the coming days, we will strike thousands of targets of the terrorist regime. We will create the conditions for the brave people of Iran to free themselves from the chains of tyranny,” said Natenyahu.
This comes after Isarel Defense Forces released footage of bombing the two largest IRGC headquarters in Tehran.
Iran Confirms Elimination of Top Military Chiefs
Iran confirmed that a joint operation during the U.S.–Israeli air campaign had killed several of its top leaders in a massive strike across Tehran and other cities.
The IRNA agency stated that among the senior Iranian officials were the Armed Forces Chief of Staff, Abdul Rahim Mousavi, and the Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
The supreme leader had ruled Iran since 1989 and was among the Islamist activists who played a central role in the 1979 revolution.
In addition, he had the authority of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC).
Defence Minister Aziz Nasirzadeh was also killed on Saturday during the US-Israel attacks on Iran.

Others who were killed during the attack include: IRGC Commander-in-Chief Mohammad Pakpour, security adviser Ali Shamkhani, Former Chairman of the SPND Reza Mozaffari-Nia, and the current chairman of SPND Hussein Jabel Amalean.
How Khamenei was Killed
Iran has revealed new details about the killing of its Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, while warning of an imminent “devastating offensive” targeting Israel and United States military bases.
Iran’s Supreme National Security Council (SNSC), in a statement on March 1 broadcast on state television, said Khamenei was killed in an airstrike early Saturday “while he was carrying out tasks” in his office during strikes blamed on the U.S. and Israel.
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC)-affiliated Tasnim News Agency said the circumstances of Khamenei’s death disproved earlier reports suggesting he had gone into hiding, describing such claims as “enemy psychological warfare.”
Iranian state television formally confirmed the leader’s death and declared 40 days of national mourning and seven days of public holiday.
