A famous TikTok content creator who works at a strip club near major military bases in San Diego has alleged that young U.S. service members have been flooding in lately, dropping big money on nights out while openly talking about heading to the Middle East next week.
Charm Daze, who goes by @cgetsnakey on the TikTok platform and has built a large following with nearly 900,000 fans across platforms, posted the emotional clip on Sunday night, March 29.
In it, she describes watching troops from nearby installations come into the club, spend heavily, and share details that raised eyebrows online.
“They’re coming in, and they’re spending all of their money,” Daze said in the video that has since been published by the New York Post. “They’re kind of depressed. They’re like, ‘Oh yeah, we’re gonna have fun,’ but you can tell something’s off. And then they’re like, ‘We deploy next week.’”
She went on to say the encounters have hit her hard. “A lot of them are really kind, and to see these young guys coming in and dancing with them, and then being like, ‘bye’… It’s actually making me emotional. It’s f—ed up.”
The video spread fast as the U.S. ramps up its military presence in the Middle East. Just days earlier, the USS Tripoli amphibious assault ship arrived in the Central Command area with about 3,500 sailors and Marines from the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit.

The move forms part of a larger buildup tied to the current conflict with Iran, now in its second month.
San Diego sits right next to Naval Base Coronado, Camp Pendleton, and other installations that regularly send units overseas. Daze works at a club in that orbit, where service members often unwind before deployments.
Amid TikTok’s claim, it is in the public domain that Troops have been saying goodbye to families at bases like Camp Pendleton as ships load up faster than usual. One recent departure involved the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit heading out on short notice.
Some viewers described it as a “human look at the burden of war,” with young faces showing tension before deployment. Others denounced it as a grave violation of operational security, or OPSEC, as it is known in the military.
Even inadvertently disclosing deployment dates to civilians can give adversaries an advantage.
Experts in the military have long cautioned against casual conversation in public areas. It’s common in bars and clubs close to bases, particularly when people are venting or coping with anxiety.
Daze didn’t name specific units or ships in her video, but the pattern she described corresponds to the current surge toward the Gulf region.
The dancer, who also posts under the name Charm Daze on Instagram and other sites, didn’t set out to break news.
She sounded more shaken by the personal side, watching “baby-faced” troops try to act normal while clearly carrying a heavy weight.

The U.S. plans to deploy more troops in the Middle East.
Her clip comes as the Pentagon continues shifting forces. The Tripoli brought F-35B fighters, Ospreys, and other aircraft designed for rapid response. A second Marine unit is expected to follow soon.
Defense officials haven’t commented directly on the video, but the wider deployment is no secret. Central Command announced the Tripoli’s arrival on social media over the weekend.
Daze told followers the visits have left her thinking about the real people behind the uniforms, guys who might not come back the same, or at all.
Service members train for months to keep plans quiet, yet the pressure of an imminent combat deployment can loosen lips, especially after a few drinks and in places built for letting loose.
Meanwhite, there are ongoing talks between Iran and the U.S., aimed at ending this one-month-old war. Trump had earlier threatened to strike Iran’s power plant if the Middle Eastern country failed to follow his demands.
