Kempinski, a luxury hotel group, has announced internship opportunities for qualified and interested Kenyans.
In an advert on March 21, 2025, the five-star hotel invited applications for various advertised fields on or before March 28, 2025.
The internship opportunities include engineering trainee, food and beverage, gym trainee, IT, housekeeping, front office trainee, marketing, kitchen and pastry, reservation trainee, and kitchen trainee.
At the same time, the hotel welcomed applications from individuals of all genders, and ethnic backgrounds.
The internship program will not require any relevant experience from applicants.
Kempiski also clarified that selected candidates will be required to be on-site for the duration of the program.
Compulsory Qualification for internship at Kempinski
The applicant must hold a degree or diploma in the relevant field for the internship position from a recognized institution and should have no work experience.
Further, they should have less than one year since completion (2024/2025). They must be a Kenyan Citizen and completed coursework (even if not graduated).
Additionally, they should have the ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment.
Applicants should also have excellent grooming skills and must be well-versed in professional and personal etiquette.
Moreover, the applicants should possess good communication skills and Outgoing with a positive learning attitude.

Fill in the form with the required information. Applicants are requested to fill out all required fields.
Further, applicants are expected to fill in their personal details, upload a detailed Curriculum Vitae, answer Human Resource questions, fill in their ethnic background then click submit.
