The Kirinyaga County Government, through its Public Service Board, has announced a series of job opportunities, some on contract terms and others on permanent and pensionable terms.
In a notice dated Thursday, September 18, 2025, the Board called on qualified candidates to submit their applications for the available vacancies.
“The Kirinyaga County Public Service Board is pleased to invite applications from suitably qualified, motivated, and Proactive individuals to fill the following vacant positions:” read the notice.
Kirinyaga County Announces Job Opportunities
Among the advertised roles are the Chief Executive Officer at KIDA, which is offered on a contract basis, and several specialist medical positions, including an ENT Surgeon, an Anesthesiologist, and a Pediatrician, all on permanent and pensionable terms.
The county has also opened applications for a Director of Co-operative Development on a contract basis and Sub-County Administrators, who will be employed on permanent and pensionable terms.

Other opportunities include the position of Principal at the Agricultural Technical Training Centre (contract), a Ward Administrator (permanent and pensionable), Medical Officers (contract), and a County Valuation Officer (permanent and pensionable).
