Cale Mutiso Mule is a Kenyan politician and the current Member of Parliament for Machakos Town Constituency, representing the Wiper Party Democratic Movement.
Early Life and Education
Caleb Mutiso Mule was born in Machakos County in the early 1970s, where he spent his formative years surrounded by the rural agricultural lifestyle.
He began his formal education at Mwanyani Primary School in 1981, completing his primary education (KCPS) in 1989.
He then went to Tala Boys High School, where he sat his KCSE between 1990 and 1993.
After secondary school, he studied Applied Statistics at Kenya Polytechnic (now The Technical University of Kenya) from January 1996 to November 1998.

He later enrolled at Kenya Methodist University in January 2020 and completed a Bachelor of Administration (Human Resources) in October 2021.

Professional Career
Caleb Mutiso began his public service journey at the county level, long before he entered the National Assembly.
In 2013, he was appointed as a member of the County Assembly Service Board (CASB), where he served until 2017.
During this period, he was part of the team responsible for providing strategic guidance on the operations of the Machakos County Assembly, specifically in human resources, financial management, and policy implementation.
Political career
Mutiso’s entry into politics occurred in 2017, when he was elected as a Member of the County Assembly (MCA) for Kimakimwe Ward in Machakos County.
He was then elected as a Vice-Chair of the County Assembly Service Board, which oversees the administrative and financial operations of the county assembly.

His leadership at the ward level laid the foundation for his transition to national politics, where he was elected MP for Machakos Town in 2022.
