Despite earlier rumors preceding the launch, the club took residents and motorists along Kangundo Road by surprise after waking up to find a functioning lounge.
The final stages of construction works, The Kenya Times understands, took place overnight with a team of masons deployed to complete the project whose launch appeared to be overdue.

Part of the cabro works at the lounge’s parking space were also done under the lights with the team working round the clock to deliver a unique Christmas experience for Eastlands residents.
By close of business Friday, the club was ready for launching with the signature Quiver Lounge logo appearing on the front facade of the club located adjacent to the New KCC Dandora plant.

Revelers thronged the club with communication from the chain club venture showing that a host of celebrated entertainers were lined up to perform.
From Nyama Choma, to the ambience displayed by the decor in the club, everything was perfectly set to signal the entry of a new joint in town.
Earlier in December, the Club had sent out job opening notice for various positions.
But the choice of the location did not come as a major surprise as the area between the nexus of Kangudo Road and Outering Road has recently seen rapid development.

This launch now brings to four the number of Quiver branches within Nairobi so far after the pioneer one along Thika Road, others in Kenol, Kitengela and Kilimani.
From time to time, the name Quiver has been exchanged by Kenyans some of whom like to ask the owner behind the popular chain of clubs.
The club is owned by businessman Peter Mbugua who first publicly spoke about the Kenol branch amid the controversy sparked by a priest who was seen blessing it in 2022.
In 2022, the club sparked a widespread discussion after a priest and a member of parliament showed up to launch the Quiver Kenol branch and even prayed for the club.
