This represents a notable day-over-day increase compared to previous 24-hour tallies, highlighting both the intensity of Russian drone operations and the effectiveness of Ukraine’s counter-UAS measures.
Russian artillery systems also faced continued attrition, with 29 artillery pieces reported destroyed. This aligns with ongoing Ukrainian counter-battery operations targeting Russian firepower.
Tank and armoured combat vehicle losses were more modest, with three tanks and 3 ACVs destroyed, suggesting limited armoured breakthroughs or strong stand-off defences on this day.In addition to these losses, Ukrainian forces reportedly destroyed one multiple launch rocket system (MLRS), a smaller yet strategically significant target in the ongoing conflict.
Ukrainian Units Destroy Two Russian Tanks in Coordinated Strike
Ukrainian troops halted a Russian advance near Myrmidon by combining mobile tactics with tightly coordinated operations across several units.
Drone operators from the 7th Air Assault Corps, working together with the 68th Separate Jaeger Brigade and supporting formations, successfully took out two Russian tanks.
On December 3, the 7th Air Assault Corps reported that Russian armoured vehicles were advancing across open ground when one tank became stuck in an anti-tank trench.

The immobilised tank left the convoy exposed, allowing Ukrainian forces to deliver adequate fire support.
Both tanks were ultimately destroyed, the defence ministry confirmed.
Operational Command Skhid (East) also stated that Ukrainian forces are working to secure extra supply routes to support their units in Pokrovsk and Myrnohrad, where combat operations are ongoing.
“In Pokrovsk, operations continue to identify, assault, and wipe out enemy forces in the urban area. In Myrnohrad, Ukrainian units are holding defensive lines and wiping out the enemy on the approaches to the city,” the Operational Command Skhid (East) stated.
Additionally, the Operational Command reported that extra supply routes to Pokrovsk and Myrnohrad are being arranged to guaranteethe continuous delivery of essential resources to Ukrainian units.
