Warning from Communication Authority (CA)
On March 8, the Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) had reminded all broadcasting services to comply with the provisions of the programming code.
The move came after a public consultation process on the revised program code that was officially gazetted on March 8, 2024.
According to the gazette notice, the feedback received contributed significantly to shaping the final version of the code, which is now accessible for download on the authority’s website.
