Harambee Stars players have shifted their focus to the 2026 World Cup qualifier as they face Gabon at Nyayo National Stadium in Nairobi on Sunday, March 23.

The Football Kenya Federation (FKF) has confirmed that all VVIP, VIP, and regular tickets have sold out.
“All tickets for our FIFA World Cup Qualifier against Gabon are officially sold out,” FKF said.
“Your unwavering support means everything! Let’s paint Nyayo red, black, and green this Sunday. Come cheer the team and let your voices be heard your energy could make all the difference
The VVIP tickets, which were going for Ksh 10,000 with only 100 slots available, offered unparalleled perks, including secured parking inside Nyayo Stadium.
It also included half-time refreshments for added comfort and exclusive networking opportunities with key football stakeholders.
How to Watch Harambee Stars Vs Gabon
The regular tickets, with 21,000 slots, were going for Ksh 300, while the VIP tickets, with only 1,800 available, were priced at Ksh 1,000.
Fans were directed to grab their tickets at https://tikiti.co.ke/e/kenya-vs-gabon or dial *519*55# to purchase, as no cash sales would be allowed on match day.
Harambee Stars fans who cannot make it to Nyayo Stadium for Sunday’s match can tune in to KCB TV from 4 pm, while the match will also be broadcast live on SuperSport TV and DSTV.

Security Updates
To ensure a safe and organized matchday, FKF has put in place various measures.
- Stadium Access & Parking
Regular parking inside the stadium is available at Ksh 300, subject to availability. - Security Personnel & Stewardship
National Youth Service (NYS) officers will be deployed as stewards to assist fans. Additional security personnel will be stationed inside and outside the stadium.
Fans are advised to arrive early to avoid last-minute congestion. The gates will be opened at 11:00 am.

Harambee Stars Match Against Gambia
On Thursday, March 20, Harambee Stars came from behind three times to secure a dramatic 3-3 draw against Gambia in a thrilling 2026 World Cup qualifier match at the 60,000-capacity Stade Alassane Ouattara in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.
This was Stars’ first match under new coach Benni McCarthy, who replaced Engin Firat on March 3.
Gambia took the lead through Brighton winger Yankuba Minteh, while Musa Barrow netted a brace for the Scorpions.
Kenya’s captain, Michael Olunga, converted a penalty in the 67th minute, with second-half substitute Mohamed Bajaber adding another in the 75th minute.
William Lenkupae, also a second-half substitute, salvaged a point for Kenya with a last-minute goal, sparking wild celebrations on the Stars’ bench.
The result placed Kenya fourth in Group F with six points from five matches, while Gambia remains fifth with four points.
Gabon went top of the group with 12 points after a 3-0 win over Seychelles.
Only the group leaders will qualify directly for the tournament that will be held in the United States of America, Mexico and Canada.
