Kenyan Televangelist Ezekiel Odero has donated Ksh14,550,000 to American televangelist Benny Hinn to help clear pending bills after the Nyayo Stadium crusade.
Ezekiel sent a representative to a meeting held after the crusade where Hinn was helping raise funds to settle the bills.
Further, the representative announced that Ezekiel wanted Hinn to bless Kenyans instead of worrying about the bills and had therefore offered to wire to him $100,000 (Ksh14,550,000).
Also, Ezekiel indicated that he would postpone his program as a dedication to the preacher who he looked up to.
“Apostle Ezekiel from Kenya has said that the man of God should be left to pray for the people of Kenya. He is going to postpone his program tomorrow and send in 100,000 dollars,” the representative said.
Benny Hinn Responds to Ezekiel’s Donation
In response, Hinn lauded Ezekiel for his donation announcing that because of that gift, they had already surpassed their target.
“Did you hear that. Say that again. God has given you beyond now. That precious man gave $100,000 and now everything is left over.
“I did not want to go back home knowing that this committee was left with a burden. I wanted to make sure that the burden is lifted because I really have fallen in love all over again with the people of Kenya. I just wanted to be a blessing,” he said.

Later, after the donation, Hinn asked that those who had lined up to bring more contribution to go back to their seats as they had already received enough.
“Don’t let them come up please or we will be here all night, “he said.
Ezekiel Responds to Benny Hinn Prayer and Push During Crusade
During a service in his church on Tuesday, February 27, Ezekiel responded to critics over Hinn pushing him during prayers at the crusade, saying that he went to the crusade to receive Gods blessings and was not focused on people.
Ezekiel said that he had been watching the American televangelist on TV for many years and was excited to learn that he would get the opportunity to see him face to face.

Additionally, he pitied individuals at the crusade who did not make the most of the moment adding that being an official at the event did not mean that they had to be walking around the whole time instead of focusing on the message.
“I went to the Benny Hinn crusade and saw people walking around. Even when you are part of the organizers, spend time and get your blessings. I had been watching Benny Hinn for years and years on TV, I could not waste any time. I went there for God to see me, not people.
“Hinn said that he had seen miracles and wonders and now he was 71 and therefore he would not be performing any healing miracles. Who do you think will be doing that now?” he added.
