The popularity of United Democratic Movement (UDA) has doubled that of Orange democratic movement (ODM), according to the latest report by Trends and Insights for Africa (Tifa).
The survey details that UDA enjoys 35 percent support from Kenyans while ODM has 16 per cent support from Kenyans.
Further, the survey notes that the Kenya Kwanza coalition has a 36 percent support while the Azimio Coalition has 28 percent support from Kenyans.
Other political parties, including Jubilee, have 2 percent support while Wiper has 3 per cent support.
At the same time, the survey notes that other political parties had a total of 6 percent support all together.
Political Alignment in the Country
The TIFA survey has further indicated that there are more Kenyans who support the government than those against it.
According to the survey, 38 per cent of Kenyans are in support of the government compared to the 22 per cent who are pro-opposition.
However, 39 per cent of Kenyans support neither the opposition nor the government.

Office of The Opposition Leader VS Office of The Prime Cabinet
Kenyans are supporting the formation of the office of the opposition leader in government held by Odinga according to TIFA.
45 per cent of Kenyans agree to matter compared to 21 per cent who strongly oppose.
That said, more Kenyans oppose the operation of the office of the prime cabinet secretary currently held by Musalia Mudavadi.
27 per cent of Kenyans strongly support Mudavadi’s office while 31 per cent oppose its formation.
Support for The Ongoing Bi Partisan Talks
TIFA has revealed that 48 per cent of Kenyans strongly support the Kenya Kwanza and Azimio talks.
The report notes that only 16 per cent of Kenyans are not sure whether the talks should continue or not while 19 per cent oppose the talks.
Further, 46 per cent of Kenyans believe that the Kenya Kwanza government will deliver on its promises if it reaches and agreement with the Azimio coalition.
On whether the talks will succeed or not, 48 per cent of Kenyans strongly believe that the talks will be successful. 21 per cent of Kenyans however believe that it is very unlikely that the talks will succeed.
