Peter Bii’s Career Life

Peter Bii is a seasoned coach and former professional athlete with a diverse career in sports and management.

He is currently the Head Coach at Mezzo Management Group, a position he has held since 2021, where he oversees athlete training and performance strategies.

In 2020, he founded Girls-Playground International, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young women through sports, and continues to serve as its Executive Director.

Before that, he worked as a Brand Advisor for Patawakili from 2019 to 2021, guiding the company on image building and market positioning.

Bii’s athletic background includes competing as a professional athlete with AS Rispoli between 2016 and 2018, an experience that shaped his approach to coaching.

Earlier in his career, he served as a Procurement Assistant at Bitcom Delta from 2015 to 2016, gaining valuable organizational skills.

As a coach, Peter Bii is also known for his close partnership with his wife, world champion runner Beatrice Chebet.
