In the aftermath of this defeat, Wamboka wasted no time in outlining his next steps.

In a statement, the legislator affirmed his commitment to the cause, stating, “Our fight against the fake fertilizer scandal is far from over. We will not rest until justice is served and accountability is upheld.”

His legal team, led by seasoned advocates SC Dr. Khaminwa and Asha, he noted is preparing to explore all available avenues to challenge the select committee’s decision and to keep the pressure on Linturi and his allies.

Simultaneously, Wamboka is intensifying efforts to raise public awareness about the implications of the fake fertilizer scandal and to mobilize grassroots support for his cause.

In a post on X, Wamboka outlined his plan of action in detail. “We will be pursuing legal avenues to challenge the select committee’s decision,” he revealed.
