Kenyan socialite and entrepreneur Alhuda Njoroge, popularly known as Huddah Monroe, has stunned fans by announcing her divorce after four years of marriage.
In a statement on her social media, Huddah Monroe revealed that she had been married for four years but chose to walk away from the relationship, prioritising peace of mind.
“The feeling of going back home to someone after a girl’s night out or a long day is just the best feeling ever. But that chapter has ended, it’s time to embrace a new beginning,” she said.
The popular socialite said that peace was non-negotiable in her life, adding that she would rather remain single than stay in a relationship that disrupted her peace of mind.
Huddah’s Reasons for Divorce
“You stress me within 3 hours of the wedding; I am divorcing you. No one died because of being single, but many died in the wrong relationships,” she added.
Monroe shared that she is the type to marry at 80, but if there is any behaviour change in her partner, she will not hesitate to leave the marriage.
Additionally, Huddah expressed that she would not hesitate to walk away from a relationship, even just three hours into the marriage, if things did not feel right to her.
“Peace of mind is everything. No one died cause of being single, but many died in the wrong relationships,” she added.

Goddy Tennor Praises Monroe
Musician Goddy Tennor has praised socialite Huddah Monroe while sharing new details about their collaboration. He revealed how she graciously offered to appear as a video vixen in his hit track “Nimekumark.”
Speaking during an interview on the Oga Obinna Show, Tennor disclosed that it was actually Huddah who initiated contact.
According to the artist, her outreach was driven by her genuine admiration for his music and a desire to support his journey. Tennor noted that her encouragement and belief in his talent played a big role in helping him push his career to the next level.
