Hustler Fund has declared the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) position vacant and has invited qualified Kenyans to submit their applications.
In a notice dated April 1, 2025, the Financial Inclusion Fund (FIF) stated that applicants should submit their applications on or before Tuesday, 22nd April 2025, 5:00 p.m. (East African Time).

“The Chief Executive Officer will have an overall responsibility for developing and implementing the Strategic Plan, in view of the Fund’s Mandate, Vision, Values, and Objectives,” read the notice.
Further, the Hustler Fund CEO shall also serve as the Administrator of the Fund, Secretary to the Board, and Head of Secretariat.

Hustler Fund Job Qualifications
The candidate who seeks to apply must be a Kenyan Citizen.
They must hold a first Degree from a reputable, accredited University in economics, accounting, finance, commerce, social science, or any other relevant degree from an institution recognized in Kenya.

In addition, they must hold a master’s degree in economics, accounting, finance, commerce, social science, or any other relevant field from an institution recognized in Kenya.
The applicant must have at least fifteen (15) years’ relevant work experience, in which they must have been in a senior management position.
Applicants should have membership in a relevant professional body in Kenya, where applicable, and be in good standing.
Leadership training from a recognized institution is an added advantage.
Moreover, proficiency in computer applications and demonstrated experience in digital financial services will be an added advantage.
Demonstrated managerial, administrative, and professional competence in work performance and results, and must meet the requirements of Chapter Six (6) of the Constitution for shortlisted candidates.

Requirements
Applicants are required to have an application letter, a curriculum vitae that contains names, telephone numbers, and email addresses, and three referees.
Additionally, certified copies of academic and professional certificates, testimonials, National Identity Card, and other relevant supporting documents.
Upon successful interviews, the candidates will be required to produce the following documents: Kenya Revenue Authority, Higher Education Loans Board, Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission, Directorate of Criminal Investigation (Certificate of Good Conduct), and a registered Credit Reference Bureau.

Applicants can submit manual applications, which should be hand delivered to the Financial Inclusion Fund Offices situated at the Kenya Institute of Business Training (KIBT) Building along Ojijo Road, Parklands, 4th Floor.
