“I would like to sincerely apologize to Kenyans and to everyone who felt offended or misrepresented by comments I recently made regarding Kilgoris and the President’s daughter’s wedding. I have taken time to reflect on the conversation, and I acknowledge that my words were inappropriate,” an apology statement read.
