The lineup of artists performing at Chris Martin’s event has been released. Top Kenyan artists are set to warm up the audience before the headliner Chris Martin takes the stage on the night of February 8, 2025.
The artists include Bensoul, Wyre, and Watendawili. They will be accompanied by Kenya’s Top DJs including DJ Joe Mfalme and Kriss Darlin.

Line-up for artists
Between 4 PM and 6 PM, fans will be serenaded by DJ Vins and MC Kyembo. They will be followed by DJ Jade from 6 PM to 6.40 PM. Watendawili will then take over between 6.40 and 7.20 PM.
Watendawili will be followed by DJ Joe Mfalme between 7.20 PM and 8.00 PM after which Wyre will perform between 8 PM and 8.40 PM. He will be followed by Kaneda from 8.40 PM and 9.20 PM.

Bensoul will perform between 9.20 PM and 10 PM. He will then be followed by Kriss Darlin between 10 PM and 10.40 PM, who will usher in the headliner of the event, Chris Martin.

Fans will be treated to a performance by the Jamaican legend from 10.40 PM to midnight. The event will end with a performance from Sir M between Midnight and 1.30 AM.
Chris Martin landed in Kenya on February 5, 2025, for the much-awaited ‘Sounds From Africa Festival 2025′ at Uhuru Gardens.
Chris Martin reveals love for Bien’s song
The ‘Weekend Love’ hit maker is returning to Kenya after 15 years. He stated that he is thrilled to be back, stating that Kenya is his adopted home.
“I’m happy to be back again. I first came here 15 years ago and Kenyans have consistently shown me nothing but love since then. I have a deep admiration for my Kenyan fans and I’m glad that, after all these years, they’ve continued to stand by me and support my music,” said Chris.

The singer stated that he enjoys Kenyan music. He added that he particularly loves the song ‘Extra Pressure’ by Bien.
He called upon Kenyans to attend the event, promising a memorable performance.
“I cannot wait to hit the stage on Saturday. I’m calling on all my Kenyans, especially the beautiful Kenyan ladies, to come out in their hundreds, in their thousands, and enjoy the show. It shall be nothing but good vibes and great music,” he stated.
