The Kenya Private Sector Alliance (KEPSA) has said Kenya is suffering losses of up to Ksh.3billion daily because of the anti-government demonstrations held by Azimio La Umoja One Kenya coalition.
As such, KEPSA has urged the leaders to assess their political stand and contemplate on exploring alternative dispute resolution measures as outlined in the constitution.
The private sector body further urged them to protect the rights of businesses to operate without fear of political retribution or violence.
Moreover, KEPSA Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Carole Kariuki in a statement expressed concern over the protests held every Mondays and Thursdays.
She described them as a setback to the country’s economic growth agenda.
In addition, KEPSA called upon law enforcement officials to uphold impartiality and ensure equal protection of all Kenyans.
Likewise, both international and local institutions have called on Kenyan politicians to dialogue after it emerged that the anti-government demonstrations are costing businesses in the country up to 3 billion shillings in daily losses.

Similarly, African Union Commission chairperson Moussa Faki Mahamat expressed concern over the violence in Kenya.
Faki decried the loss of life, damage to property and the interruption of economic activities in Nairobi.
He called for calm and urged all stakeholders to dialogue to address differences between political players in the supreme interest of national unity and reconciliation.
“The chairperson reiterates the total solidarity with and support to the government and the people of Kenya’s efforts working towards national unity, peace and stability in the country,” Faki said in a statement.
