In a notice dated Thursday, November 4, 2025, the company stated that it has no ownership claim over the vehicles previously auctioned, some of which were surrendered to insurance companies and later transferred to third parties.
“Loxea Limited hereby notifies the general public that the company has no ownership interest, claim, or liability whatsoever in respect of the motor vehicles listed herein, which were previously auctioned, and some surrendered to the insurance companies by Loxea Limited and disposed of to third parties,” read part of the statement.
Members of the public who own the listed vehicles have since been advised to contact NTSA and complete the required ownership transfer within 20 days from the date of the notice. Failure to comply may result in the deregistration of the affected vehicles.
Loxea Limited Disclaims Ownership of Auctioned Vehicles
The company has clarified that it has no existing ownership interest in the listed vehicles that were previously part of its portfolio.
“Loxea Limited hereby notifies the general public that the company has no ownership interest, claim, or liability whatsoever in respect of the motor vehicles listed herein, which were previously auctioned, and some surrendered to the insurance companies by Loxea Limited and disposed of to third parties,” read part of the notice.

All current owners of the listed vehicles have been advised to immediately contact NTSA and present the necessary documentation to regularize and complete the transfer of ownership on the NTSA portal within 20 days from the date of the notice.
Failure to comply will result in the deregistration of the affected vehicles in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
“All current owners of the listed vehicles are required to immediately contact NTSA and present the necessary documentation to regularize and complete the transfer of ownership to themselves on the NTSA portal,” read the notice.
“A compliance period of 20 days from the date of this notice is hereby provided. Failure to complete the transfer within this timeline will result in deregistration of the affected vehicles by NTSA pursuant to applicable laws and regulations,” the notice further stated.
