Alibaba founder, Jack Ma, who has been absent from public view for three years, was spotted at a school in Hangzhou, according to a report.
The 58-year-old had kept a low profile since criticizing China’s financial regulators in 2020 and was one of the high-profile Chinese billionaires who disappeared amid a crackdown on tech entrepreneurs.

He recently returned to China after being overseas for over a year, making a short stopover in Hong Kong, where he visited Art Basel and met friends. It was reported that he had been traveling to different countries to learn about agricultural technology, but there was no explanation for his absence in recent years.
Mr. Ma gave up control of Ant Group, a financial technology giant, in January 2021, leading some to believe that he had fallen out of favor with the Chinese Communist Party.
