United States President Donald Trump has issued a warning to Iran, stating that US military officers will be on standby to take action against Iran if the ceasefire deal fails.
In a statement on his Truth Social platform, President Trump declared that all US ships, aircraft, and military personnel were ready to destroy any enemy of the Americans.
The US President stated that the ceasefire plan agreement compliance will, however, be observed until a threat to the US arises.
“All U.S. Ships, Aircraft, and Military Personnel, with additional Ammunition, Weaponry, and anything else that is appropriate and necessary for the lethal prosecution and destruction of an already substantially degraded Enemy, will remain in place in and around Iran until the REAL AGREEMENT reached is fully complied with,” part of the statement read.
Trump also warned that the US would launch strikes and destructive attacks on Iran if the ceasefire deal is not observed.
The US Military, he said, is currently resting and getting ready to protect the US in case of any attack from the Iranians.

Trump Ceasefire Deal
The statement on the deployment of the US Military around Iran by the US President came a day after Tehran and Washington agreed on a two-week ceasefire plan.
Iran agreed to provide safe passage through the Strait of Hormuz, to be coordinated by the Iranian armed forces.
In the attempt to finalize the ceasefire deal, Iranian Ambassador to Pakistan, Reza Amiri Moghadam, had announced that an Iranian delegate was expected to hold ceasefire talks with US negotiators.
However, reports by Al Jazeera stated that Reza had deleted the social media posts on the upcoming visit of an Iranian delegation to Pakistan.
Moghadam’s X account post, published in the early morning of April 9, suggesting that the Iranian delegate would arrive in Islamabad, is no longer available, according to Al Jazeera.
