Musician Moses Tarus, popularly known as Mr Seed has been blasted by his wife, Nimo Gachuiri after his recent podcast remarks on polygamy.
The controversy arose when the musician, asserted that men are inherently polygamous.
The wife, Nimo took to her Instagram stories to express her frustration, stating that her husband’s comments left her feeling annoyed.
“So, I saw a snippet of the podcast done by Mr Seed saying whatever he was saying, I was pissed off,” posted Nimo revealing that she did not finish watching the podcast.
Nimo further said she confronted Mr Seed about his statements, questioning the nature of his remarks and the impact it had on their relationship.
“I turned to him and asked, hizi sasa ni nini unasema surely (what are these things you are saying?) Next thing I said was people must really think I’m stupid,” she added.

Mr Seed Response to Nimo
In response to her inquiries, Mr Seed reportedly asked her to watch the entire podcast, explaining that the specific part causing controversy was highlighted for increased viewership and to have the story trend.
Nimo, however, remained unimpressed, emphasizing the sensitivity of such comments in the context of their relationship.
“What I want to say is whether it was for clout or not, that was an insensitive thing to say when you are clearly in a committed relationship,” she shared.
She expressed disappointments in her husband’s sentiments on polygamy, especially given the duration of their relationship.
In the podcast, the musician stated, ” Sisi wanaume tunakuanga watu wako na akili sana (we men are very intelligent) I can be with you in a relationship for like three years, observing you, and I already know you don’t have what I want.”
His declaration was followed by a gesture of approval, shaking hands with another person who seemed to endorse his remarks.

The Couple Wedding
The two got married in a colorful traditional wedding in 2019 and are blessed with a son.
Despite ups and downs in their relationship, some of which had fans talking on social media, the lovely couple has maintained a family unit admired by many.
In December 2021, the renowned musician bought his wife a brand-new Mazda Demio as a Christmas gift due to her loyalty in their marriage.

“Meanwhile, let’s celebrate our December with this. God bless you,” he posted on his social media.
Mr Seed is a Kenyan gospel musician who recently transformed to circular music for reasons he is yet to disclose.
However, the wife Nimo a businesswoman and social media influencer recently began singing and has recorded several gospel songs among them the famous hit song Nitetee.
