Charles graduated in 2018 with a Master of Arts Degree in Project Planning and Management from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa
Additionally, he holds a Bachelor of Education Science Degree from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa, which he earned in 2005.
In 1990, he attained a Diploma in Education from Kagumo Teacher’s Training College.
Work Experience
From 2024 to the present, Charles has worked under the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) as Senior Elections Officer.
Additionally, he worked as the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Master Trainer since 2011.
He was an Election Observer in San Diego County, California, USA between from October to November 2024.
