Thirdway Alliance party leader Dr. Ekuru Aukot has advised President William Ruto on how to run the government and avoid blunders.
In a statement on Tuesday, August 29, Aukot told President Ruto to stop creating a campaign mood by holding rallies in various parts of the country.
“My unsolicited advice to President Ruto is this, stop this campaign spree.
Otherwise, Kenyans and the world will now believe that you actually lack legitimacy,” said Aukot.
Further, the ex-presidential candidate accused the president of not having faith in his cabinet in achieving the agenda of the Kenya Kwanza Government.
“You also accused a cabinet you personally chose of being incompetent and therefore cannot help you or Kenya’s stalled economy,” stated Aukot.
In addition, Aukot explained that creation of the Office of the Opposition Leader will not provide solutions to the challenges faced by the Kenya Kwanza regime.
“An official opposition, as being floated in the useless Bomas talks, is not and will never be the solution.
A correct governance process that is strictly constitutional is the best way to go. This is the irreducible minimum,” Aukot advised.
