The Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority (EPRA) has announced an increase in the retail price of super petrol by Ksh.2.
According to the prices review list released on Tuesday, March 14, 2023, EPRA announced that the price of diesel and kerosene per litre will remain unchanged at Ksh.162.00 and Ksh.145. 94 respectively in Nairobi.

“The price of diesel has been cross subsidized with that of Super Petrol while a subsidy of Ksh. 23.49 /litre has been maintained for Kerosene in order to cushion consumers from the otherwise high prices,” said EPRA in a statement.
The new prices will be in force from March 15, 2023, to April 14, 2023.
Petrol will now retail at Ksh.179.20 per liter in Nairobi.
