Nduma Nderi is a Judge of the Employment and Labour Relations Court of Kenya.
Academic and Professional Qualifications
He holds a Master of Laws from the University of Stellenbosch, attained in 2004 in South Africa.
Nderi also holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi, where he graduated in 1987.

In 1988, he acquired a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law and was admitted to the Roll of Advocates.
Mathews Nduma Nderi Work Experience
In 2012, he became a Judge of the Employment and Labour Relations Court (ELRC), a position he has held to date.
From 2012 to 2017, Nderi was the Principal Judge at the Employment and Labour Relations Court (ELRC).
He served as the Principal Legal Officer at the East African Community from 2008 to 2012.

From 2006 to 2007, he was the Head of the Legal and Industrial Relations Division at the Federation of Kenya Employers.
From 1998 to 2006, he served as the Judge President of the Industrial Court of Swaziland.
Between 1993 and 1998, he worked as a Crown Counsel at the DPP Chambers in Swaziland.
