Former Makueni Governor Kivutha Kibwana is among candidates seeking to fill the position of the chairperson to the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC).
The Public Service Commission (PSC) has shortlisted 14 candidates for the position.
Other top names who made it to the shortlist include former IEBC commissioner Thomas Letangule, renowned lawyer Charles Kanjama and Bishop Emeritus David Oginde.
Others are Benjamin Adam Mure Mweri, Abdihafd Abdullahi Yarow, Amani Yuda Komora, Kaberia Isaac Kubai and Eliud Wanjao Ngige.
Susan Nekesa Ngera, Josiah B Onyancha, Norah Chepkemoi Mutai, Kenneth Sakwa Buliba, and Justa Wawira Mwangi are also among those shortlisted.
They will be seeking to replace Eliud Wabukala who retired on January 17, 2023 after serving in the position for six years.

The PSC advertised for the position on January 20, 2023 and received a total of 89 applications received.
Shortlisted candidates are set to be interviewed on February 27 and 28 at the PSC offices on Harambee Avenue.
The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) is a public body established under Section 3 (1) of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission Act, 2011.
The Commission consists of a Chairperson and four other members appointed according to the provisions of the Constitution and Section 4 of the EACC Act.
It has a Secretariat, headed by the Secretary/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to the Commission.
