LGBTQ socialite Noti Flow has for the umpteenth time taken to social media to update Kenyans and her fans about her ex-lover King Alami’s progress.
Earlier reported by The Kenyan Times, Noti Flow’s stud ex-girlfriend allegedly threw herself off the seventh floor of a building after being cheated on.
According to Noti Flow, Alami was injured badly and was admitted to the Kenyatta National Hospital where doctors are trying to save her life.
The socialite had earlier taken to social media to plead with netizens to accord her and Alami’s family some privacy even as they deal with this trying time.
Hot on the heels of her plea, Noti Flow on Monday, October 24, blamed herself for Alami’s woes as she gave her followers permission to drag and condemn her over the same.
Heartbroken Noti Flow disclosed that Alami would have been okay if she were still with her.
Noti noted that she regrets being away from Alami and that she feels guilty over the sad turn of events.

Her fans and followers felt for her and duly took their time to console and encourage her while praying for Alami’s quick recovery.
The lass, in an earlier post, had hinted at foul play in Alami’s accident.
Through the post, Noti Flow called on the police to investigate the matter and bring culprits to book.
