Trio Mio Returns to Kenya with Elation After First International Performance

Teen sensation Trio Mio is back in the country after his first international performance. After a successful weekend in Dubai, Trio returned to the country on Monday.

The event was held at the Luxurious Enish Restaurant and Lounge in Dubai, with tickets going for 100 AED (around Ksh.3,475). Trio performed alongside Dj Pierra Makena and Dj Silva in the Saturday 4th event. He was accompanied by his mother, who doubles as his manager, Irma Sakwa.

While speaking to content creator Nicholas Kioko, the rapper expressed immense gratitude to his fans in Dubai, who turned up in large numbers and made the event a success. Adding that the performance was seamless, everything fell into place, and everyone in attendance enjoyed themselves.

“Show ilinyaka, iliwaza like nafeel tuu poa. Everything went well, like kila kitu ilikuwa fiti siwezi sema ati kuna tuliblunder kule wasee walienjoy kulishika.”

Trio hailed the spirit of togetherness among Kenyans living in Dubai, who, as he explains, are quite many. Their brotherhood and unity captured his attention,

“I’m so happy it’s my first time. It was so good Kenyans are are most pale usidhani hakuna wakenya ukienda Dubai jua Wakenya wako huko, jua wataku help wakenya by the way wanasaidiana kule, its nice by the way, tuko most I had so much fun,” he said.

The Cheza kama wewe” hitmaker assured his fans of more international shows as this was just the beginning. When asked about his album, Trio assured his fans he was working on it. He added that he is taking his time to ensure good-quality music.

“I’m still working on that, I do not want to hurry nitoe kitu mala mala hapa hivi unacheki then wasee waseme zile ngoma hazina stori line.”
