Safety Tips Issued by the Authority
To promote passengers and staff safety when boarding and disembarking from trains, the authority advised passengers to observe the yellow line.
The management has advised passengers to Stand behind the yellow line until the train comes to a complete stop.
“The yellow line serves to prevent passengers from accidentally falling onto the railway tracks or being struck by oncoming trains. Proximity to the line can induce dizziness that increases the risk of falling onto the rail tracks.”
Passengers were also advised not to force doors open or attempt to board when the train is leaving the platform.
