Isuzu East Africa, a leading transport solutions provider in East Africa, has announced Graduate in Training (GIT) internship opportunities for 2023 university graduates.
The company, which offers sales and aftersales services for a diverse range of Isuzu vehicle models and UD Trucks, is seeking innovative, daring, and passionate graduates to join its team in various departments.
In a notice published on Friday, April 12, the company invited graduates who meet the set requirements to apply stating, “Are you a year 2023 university graduate, ready for an exciting learning experience for one year?”
“If so, you are the one we are looking for. We have a one-year training and working opportunity for you,” said Isuzu.

Details of the Graduate in training program
The program promises a unique chance to experience world-class training, coaching, and mentoring from the company’s team, according to the notice.
“You will have a unique chance to experience world class training, coaching and mentoring from our great team.” read the statement in part.
The minimum qualifications for the program include;
- Must be a 2023 graduate,
- Must have a KCSE Mean Grade of A-,
- Have an upper second-class honors degree,
- Possession of professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CPS, CHRP, CIM, CISA, and CIPS will be an added advantage.
Departments offering opportunities
The company has announced limited opportunities in the following departments;
- Finance: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
- Communications: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism or Communications.
- Information Technology (IT): Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT-related field.
- Engineering: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic or Electrical Engineering.
- Marketing: Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing.
- Human Resources: Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management.
- Procurement: Bachelor of Commerce in Procurement & Supplies Management.
- Corporate Research & Sustainability: Bachelor’s degree in Project Planning & Management.
Interested candidates were directed to apply by submitting their applications and CVs through the provided link not later than April 22, 2024.
