The Kenya Police Service has for some time now been dealing with negative publicity.
Many cases of rogue police officers and other atrocities perpetrated by some of them have been renting the air endlessly.
With the continuous negative reports, the reputation of our one-time reputable police force found itself in the gutters.
However, not all police officers are bad, The Kenya Times has learnt.
Case in point is Ken, a police officer stationed at a Kaimosi-based police station who recently touched the hearts of many with his kind gesture.
According to a tweep named Lydia Haika, Ken blessed the life of a strange lady who was stranded at the hospital after delivery.

Through her tweet, Lydia disclosed officer Ken cleared the hospital bill for the new mum and even accorded her security escort to her home.
“Meet Ken from Kenya Police(Kaimosi) who helped a woman to clear her hospital bill and escorted her home. Kweli ni utumishi kwa wote,” Lydia wrote.
A photo of Ken holding the newborn and standing next to the lady was also shared online.
Ken’s good deed impressed many Kenyans on social media who took to different platforms to laud him.
A multitude of Kenyans held Ken is one of the few police officers giving the force a good name.
