“In recognition of the unique role of the State Law Office in our Governance structure, and mindful of the mandate of the Solicitor General as the Deputy to the Principal Legal Adviser to the Government, the National Assembly is most kindly requested to consider the nomination on a priority basis,” the letter by the President reads in part.
Mose’s appointment comes amid intensified lobbying from the region’s leaders in an effort to get their fair share of the national cake under the Kenya Kwanza administration.
