Kenyans on twitter have reacted to a photo of Embakasi East MP Paul Ongili alias Babu Owino with vocal Maverick Aoko.
On Tuesday, August 22, Aoko posted a photo with Babu with a very moving caption.
She wrote that her association with Babu Owino goes beyond politics, adding that she believes in the MP.
“This is beyond political affiliations; this is blood; this is shared ideology; this is about Luo youth and posterity.
Similarly, while taking to his twitter page, Babu Owino confirmed that he had a meeting with Aoko in parliament.
“Today we held a successful meeting with comrade at Parliament. A very beautiful and intelligent lady,” said Babu Owino.
Online Reactions
A user by the name Christine Adika said Babu should be careful while dealing with Maverick Aoko.
She noted that Aoko will reveal his secrets and ruin his reputation if they disagree in future.
“Can someone tell Babu to tread carefully with Aoko coz the day he will not pick her calls, all the secrets will be out, and he will be so tainted to be the luo kingpin. Fear women for 10hours but fear Aoko for 14hours,” said Adika.
The government Critic asked Babu Owino to learn from his Luo brothers who had been previously exposed by Aoko.
“Babu Owino the Sixth meets Maverick Aoko scary hours,” said a user named Juma.

According to a user by the name Vick, Aoko might be in a mission to bring down Babu Owino.
Also, a user named A Young Sifuna wondered why Aoko met with Babu Owino after she claimed that all ODM leaders are immoral.
“Is Prof Babu Owino the undisputed Baba Raila Odinga heir apparent with Maverick Aoko or I’m seeing my own things,” asked Kijana Ya Baba (Parody).
Nonetheless, on Sunday, August 20, Aoko also posted a photo of Babu Owino with his wife Fridah Muthoni Ongili.
Aoko and Salasya
Likewise, Aoko posted a photo of her with Mumias East MP Peter Salasya outside parliament buildings.
In the caption, Aoko requested Salasya to unblock her phone number and admitted that he is very hilarious.
“Guess who I met in Parliament today, he is absolutely hilarious in person, please unblock me now Hon Salasya.
It’s a truce as long as you acknowledge Babu Owino. I don’t want problems with anybody this time around,” she wrote.

Aoko Claims
Aoko is popular for picking fights with any Kenyan regardless of their class – be it the rich in the leafy suburbs of Nairobi or the street urchins.
She also claims to have had affairs with a chain of prominent politicians in the country, both in opposition and in government.
Previously, Aoko has engaged in online wars with some popular politicians who she claims had been together with her.
