Revered Kenyan rapper Davidson Ngibuini alias DNG is an example of the leaders Kenya has always been waiting for.
The newly-elected Woodley/Kenyatta Golf Course Ward MCA recently joined the short list of caring politicians after coming to the rescue of a homeless kid who used to sleep at a local market.
The Kenya Times has learnt DNG recently played a major role in ensuring the homeless boy finds a decent place to call home.
DNG, through his Instagram page, revealed how he liaised with other concerned parties after receiving the report about the destitute child and talked to the relevant offices which helped the boy find shelter.
”I got a report of a destitute child who had been sleeping in a kibanda in Upperhill. I immediately referred him to the Kibra Sub-County Child Protection Officer who immediately got a safe home for him,” DNG wrote.
”Government, as I see it, exists to take care of such needy situations. I am happy to help and I am happy to serve. This is the People-Centered Leadership Woodley/Kenyatta Golf Course Ward constituents voted for,” DNG added.
